HANDS

Helping Assist with New Devices for Seniors: HANDS  is a collaborative research project with University of Technology Sydney, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and Cardiff Metropolitan University. This meta project comprises a number of smaller investigations that are developing innovative approaches to designing for people with dementia. Building on dementia research expertise in healthcare and design at UTS, the aim is to establish a research development group in NSW Australia to inform participatory design projects that will support the wellbeing of people with dementia.
